Cashier Lead Position - Burnsville Becker Furniture World located in Burnsville is now hiring for a full-time Cashier Lead. We are seeking individuals who have an upbeat, positive attitude. Those who are highly motivated, responsible, and have the ability to multi-task and take on complex assignments are encouraged to apply. Lead responsibilities include directing and assisting the Point of Sale staff; as well as problem solving, assisting with scheduling, and all other customer service duties associated with our Point of Sale department. Primary department responsibilities include assisting customers over the phone and in person, data entry of payments, sales orders, exchanges, returns, and product search. The department is also responsible for making price cards for the showroom floor. In addition to handling finance contracts and payments transactions, you will also balance/tie out cash drawers. Financing and credit card machine knowledge is helpful. The supervisor must also be comfortable with training new hires and continued on going training with new hires.
